Unless you have read and agreed to all the contents of this agreement, you have no right to use this service. If you purchase or use this service, it means that you have reached an agreement with the company and voluntarily accept all the contents of this agreement.

Article 1 Acceptance and Amendment of Service Agreement

1.1 The content of this agreement includes the body of the agreement and various rules that the company has published or may publish/update in the future. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of the agreement. If there is a conflict between the body of this agreement and the foregoing rules, the body of this agreement shall prevail. Unless otherwise expressly stated, your use of the automatic renewal service is bound by this agreement.

1.2 If this agreement and related service terms need to be revised due to business development, the company will announce it in the app. You can go to check the latest version of the agreement terms. After the company revises the above terms, if you do not accept the revised terms, you can choose to terminate the use of the automatic renewal service. If you continue to use this service, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement.

Article 2 Service Description

2.1 The automatic renewal service is divided into a continuous monthly subscription type, and the corresponding billing cycle fee is divided into a monthly subscription fee. On the premise that you have subscribed to this service, you irrevocably authorize the company to entrust Huawei (in this agreement, "Huawei" refers to Huawei and its Affiliated company) The payment channel deducts the next billing cycle fee from the Huawei ID bound to your Huawei account.

2.2 Automatic renewal: The company entrusts Huawei payment channels to collect the next billing cycle fee for the corresponding paid service through the account described in Article 2.1, record the payment in the payment record, and extend the validity period of the paid service accordingly. You need to ensure that the Huawei payment channel successfully debits the above account, and that the renewal failure caused by the insufficient deductible balance in the above account is at your own responsibility (including but not limited to the termination of the corresponding rights and the inability to participate in related activities, etc.).

2.3 If you choose the Huawei payment channel to enjoy this service, you will be deemed to agree to the Huawei payment channel to issue deduction instructions, and agree that the Huawei payment channel can use the above information without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information. The account will be deducted for the next billing cycle.

Article 3 Rules for the Use of Automatic Renewal

3.1 If you subscribe to this service, you are deemed to have authorized Huawei to deduct a billing cycle service fee from your Huawei ID balance when the paid service you purchased is about to expire. The specific deduction node is for each billing 24 hours before the period expires.

3.2 If there is an error in the deduction process, the company and you should closely cooperate to find out the cause, and each shall bear the loss caused by your own fault; if the loss caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; If both parties are jointly responsible, both parties shall share the responsibility equally.

3.3 After you choose to use the service, unless you choose to terminate the service, your entrustment of the automatic deduction of the company is irrevocable, and the company is based on the deduction and deduction of this service under the payment method you selected when you activated the automatic renewal service. Fees, the fees paid by you will not be refunded in any way.

3.4 If the price of the monthly subscription service is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, the company will publicize the modified content on the relevant page before the deduction, and deduct the price at the current effective price.

3.5 The company does not charge any handling fees for you to subscribe to this service, but the company has the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees based on business needs or market changes and other reasons, and make an announcement on the relevant page.

3.6 The service provided by the company to you is limited to your use on the Huawei platform. Any use of paid membership services by malicious cracking or other illegal means to avoid renewal shall constitute a violation of this agreement. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the perpetrator, and NetEase will pursue the perpetrator’s legal responsibility in accordance with the law.

Article 4 Suspension, Interruption and Termination of Services

4.1 Unless otherwise notified or announced by the company, this service will be effective for a long time. This agreement will take effect after you choose to accept or use the service, and it will terminate when you terminate the service or cancel your paid membership.

4.2 In one of the following situations, the company has the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to you, and does not need to be liable to you or any third party for this:

(1) The effective legal documents of the national administrative or judicial organs confirm that you have violated the law or infringement, or the company, based on its own judgment, believes that your behavior is suspected of violating the rules of use announced by the content of this agreement from time to time, or suspected of violating the law Stipulated by laws and regulations;

(2) Your behavior interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of the Huawei App Market;

(3) The company believes that there are major risks in providing this service to you.

4.3 The company may choose to suspend, discontinue and discontinue this service based on its own business decisions and other reasons. If such a situation occurs, the company will notify you in the form of an announcement.

4.4 You have the right to choose to terminate this service at any time on the relevant Huawei page. After termination, the company will stop providing this service to you.

Automatic renewal usage rules:

• The automatic renewal service will use your preferred deduction method for deduction within 24 hours of the day when the most recent automatic renewal cycle starts. If the deduction fails due to any reason (such as an expired bank card or insufficient balance), the deduction will be made through other payment methods set in the Huawei In-App Payment. If none of the payment methods you provide can be successfully deducted, and the automatic renewal service is not cancelled, you are still responsible for paying all accounts payable. We will try to deduct fees again after you update the payment method information. If this happens, the start and end time of your next automatic renewal cycle and the billing date may also change.

(b) You understand and agree that some auto-renewal products/services provide free trial or discount period before the automatic deduction. If you need to cancel the auto-renewal service before the automatic deduction, please cancel before the end of the free trial period or the discount period.

(c) You understand and agree that if you choose Huawei Pay as the automatic renewal deduction method, once you delete the bank card bound to Huawei Pay in the terminal device, you need to reactivate the automatic renewal service, otherwise the automatic deduction will not be completed And affect your use of the virtual digital goods or services you have purchased.

(d) If you need to cancel the automatic renewal, please go to "Settings"> "Huawei ID"> "Payment and Billing"> "Automatic Deduction / Secret Free Payment" on your mobile phone. Or click "My" -" "Manage Subscription"-"Enter and click "Cancel Subscription" in this application.

You promise and agree to access and use this service in accordance with this agreement in a legal and ethical manner.

4.5 The instructions that you have entrusted the company to automatically renew the deduction before choosing to terminate the service are still valid. Once the deduction is successful, the company will not refund it, and will open the service for the next billing cycle for you.

Article 5 Other Agreements

5.1 Law and dispute resolution: This agreement applies to the laws of the People's Republic of China, and excludes the application of all conflicting laws. In the event of a dispute, you and NetEase agree to submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its current effective arbitration rules. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. Arbitration costs shall be borne by the losing party.

5.2 The company's non-exercise, failure to exercise in a timely manner or inadequate exercise of the rights enjoyed by this agreement or in accordance with the law shall not be regarded as a waiver of this right, nor will it affect the company's future exercise of this right.
